سياسات الخصوصية تطبيق الموبايل Mobile App Privacy Policy
إن المؤسسة هي الجهة الوحيدة المسؤولة عن محتويات التطبيق البرمجي الخاص بالموبايل وليس هناك جهة حكومية أو غير حكومية تملك صلاحية الولوج إلى أي من البيانات والمعلومات الشخصية التي جُمعت من قبل المؤسسة.
كما أن كل البيانات والمعلومات الشخصية التي يتم جمعها يتم الاحتفاظ بها بشكل آمن سواءً أكان هذا الحفظ إلكترونيا أم ورقياً.
تطبق المؤسسة كافة التدابير الأمنية المتاحة للتأكد من كونها آمنة وسرية،
تؤكد المؤسسة لمستخدمي تطبيق الموبايل أنها لا تقوم تلقائياً بجمع أية بياناتٍ أو معلوماتٍ شخصية خاصة بهم، مثل الاسم، ورقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني، وعنوان إنترنت أو غيرها دون إذن المستخدم.
قد يطلب منك تقديم معلومات شخصية عن نفسك (مثل الاسم وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني) او الولوج للموقع الجغرافي الخاص بك من أجل تلقي أو استخدام الخدمات ضمن التطبيق ، أي معلومات شخصية تقدمها لنا سوف تستخدم فقط من قبلنا، ومقدمي الخدمات، ولن يتم الكشف عنها ما لم نكون ملزمين أو مسموحاً بموجب القانون للقيام بذلك.
سوف تستخدم مؤسسة محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم للأعمال الخيرية والإنسانية أحياناً أدوات لتتبع استخدامكم العام للتطبيق، وذلك بغية ضبط كثافة أنواع الولوجو آلية الاستخدام وتحسين جودة الخدمات المختلفةوتحليلها، ودراسة كيفية تحسين الطريقة التي يقوم بها المستخدم باستخدام التطبيق، ورفع كفاءة استخدامه.
سياسة الخصوصية واستخدام البيانات
يتم جمع واستخدام البيانات في تطبيقنا لضمان تقديم تجربة مستخدم مخصصة ودقيقة. يتطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية لتحسين وتفعيل وظائف معينة، ويتم جمع هذه البيانات بموافقتك الكاملة. أدناه شرح لكل إذن وكيفية استخدامه:
1. إذن الوصول إلى الموقع الجغرافي (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION)
نستخدم بيانات الموقع الجغرافي الدقيقة لتقديم ميزات تعتمد على الموقع، مثل:
- تحديد موقع الموظف عند تسجيل الحضور والانصراف.
- التحقق من موقع المستخدم لمعرفة ما إذا كان داخل الدولة أو خارجها عند التقديم على بعض الخدمات. يتم جمع هذه البيانات بموافقتك، ويمكنك إيقاف جمع بيانات الموقع في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.
2. إذن الوصول إلى الموقع الجغرافي للملفات (ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION)
نستخدم هذا الإذن للوصول إلى بيانات الموقع المرفقة بالصور والملفات الأخرى المحفوظة على جهازك. يمكن أن تُستخدم هذه البيانات لتحسين بعض الوظائف المتعلقة بملفات الوسائط داخل التطبيق.
3. إذن استخدام الكاميرا (CAMERA)
نطلب إذن استخدام الكاميرا لتوفير الميزات التالية:
- التقاط الصور أو تسجيل الفيديو عند تقديم مستندات معينة أو تأكيد الحضور أو التفاعل مع الخدمات التي تتطلب صوراً أو فيديو. نؤكد أن الصور والفيديوهات التي يتم التقاطها عبر الكاميرا لا يتم مشاركتها مع أطراف خارجية دون موافقتك.
4. إذن الكتابة على وحدة التخزين الخارجية (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
هذا الإذن يسمح للتطبيق بحفظ البيانات على جهازك، مثل الصور أو الملفات المرتبطة بالخدمات التي يقدمها التطبيق. يتم استخدامه لتخزين المعلومات الضرورية التي تُسهل الوصول إليها لاحقًا.
5. إذن قراءة وحدة التخزين الخارجية (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
نستخدم هذا الإذن للوصول إلى الملفات المخزنة على جهازك لتمكين بعض الميزات مثل:
- تحميل المستندات أو الصور من جهازك عند تقديم الطلبات أو التفاعل مع خدمات معينة.
- الوصول إلى الملفات المحفوظة لتسهيل استخدامها داخل التطبيق.
6. إذن إرسال الإشعارات
نستخدم هذا الإذن لإرسال إشعارات إلى جهازك لتنبيهك بالأحداث المهمة المتعلقة بالخدمات، مثل:
- تحديثات حالة الطلبات.
- التنبيهات المهمة مثل مواعيد الحضور والانصراف.
- تذكيرات بالمهام والإجراءات الواجب تنفيذها في إطار استخدامك للتطبيق.
كيفية إدارة الأذونات
يمكنك التحكم في الأذونات في أي وقت عبر إعدادات جهازك. لديك الحق في تفعيل أو تعطيل أي من الأذونات المذكورة أعلاه، ومع ذلك قد يؤدي تعطيل بعض الأذونات إلى تقليص بعض الميزات المتاحة في التطبيق.
أمان بياناتك
نحن ملتزمون بحماية بياناتك الشخصية ونتبع أفضل الممارسات لضمان سريتها وأمانها. لا يتم استخدام أي من الأذونات المذكورة أعلاه لجمع أو مشاركة بياناتك دون موافقتك.

Any personal information you provide to us will be used only by us and service providers, and will not be disclosed unless we are obligated or permitted by law to do so.
The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment will occasionally use tools to track your general usage of the application, in order to control the density of the types of logins, improve the quality of the various services and analyze them, and study how to improve the way the user uses the application, and increase the efficiency of its use.
Privacy Policy and Data Use

The application requires the following permissions to improve and activate certain functions, and this data is collected with your full consent. Below is an explanation of each permission and how it is used:
1. Location Access Permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION)
We use precise location data to provide location-based features, such as:
Determine the employee's location when checking in and out.
Check the user's location to see if they are inside or outside the country when applying for some services. This data is collected with your consent, and you can stop collecting location data at any time from your device settings.
2. Location Access Permission for Files (ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION)
We use this permission to access location data attached to photos and other files saved on your device. This data may be used to improve some functions related to media files within the application.
3. CAMERA permission
We request camera permission to provide the following features:
Taking photos or recording videos when submitting certain documents, confirming attendance, or interacting with services that require photos or videos. We confirm that photos and videos taken via the camera are not shared with third parties without your consent.
4. WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission
This permission allows the application to save data on your device, such as photos or files related to the services provided by the application. It is used to store necessary information that facilitates access to it later.
5. READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission
We use this permission to access files stored on your device to enable some features such as:
Uploading documents or photos from your device when submitting requests or interacting with certain services.
Accessing saved files to facilitate their use within the application.
6. Notification Permission
We use this permission to send notifications to your device to alert you of important events related to the Services, such as:
Updates on the status of requests.
Important alerts such as check-in and check-out times.
Reminders for tasks and actions to be performed as part of your use of the App.
How to Manage Permissions
You can control permissions at any time through your device settings. You have the right to enable or disable any of the above permissions, however disabling some permissions may reduce some of the features available in the App.
Security of Your Data
We are committed to protecting your personal data and follow best practices to ensure its confidentiality and security. None of the above permissions are used to collect or share your data without your consent.
